ORDERING, TIMEFRAMES & OTHERS

How do I book?

Please complete our enquiry form or contact us hello@inksroomdesign.com and we will put together your custom proposal. If you are happy to proceed, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your place in our schedule. The remaining 50% is due once your artwork is approved and prior to production commencing.

When should I place my order?

As soon as you have arranged details, contact us at your earliest convenience so we can secure you a spot within our schedule. We need to allow enough time for the design stage, printing and shipping, so the earlier you secure your spot, the better.

Save the dates, wedding invitation suite and ‘on the day’ stationery are considered as separate orders, and deposits will need to be paid for each.

How many invitations should I order?

Please note that not every guest gets an invitation, couples and families will only need one invitation.
We strongly recommend to factor in an additional 10 for and last-minute guests. The cost to print an extra 10 to your current order is significantly lower compared to the cost of ordering only 10 in a new order due to high set up costs.

How long will the process take from start to finish?

Semi - custom invitation design allow 1-3 weeks.
Bespoke orders generally take longer depending on what’s required.

Important to note:
Orders are not confirmed and will not commence until we have received your deposit.
Our timeframes are a guide only. Dependent on the time of year and capacity at the time. It is important to note that design revisions and delay in responses, feedback, approval and payment may also delay your stationery order. It is your responsibility to order in advance.

Can my order be rushed?

Yes, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will endeavour to prioritise your order depending on capacity at the time. If this is confirmed possible, a rush order fee will incur.

How many revisions am I allowed?

After your first proof is sent out, you are allowed 2 additional rounds of revisions.

Any extra revision rounds past the three included, will incur a charge of 30€ revision.

Can I return my invitations?

Due to the custom nature of our services, we are unable to accept refunds. If there is an error with the design and wording that has been approved by the client, the client is responsible for the cost of the reprint.

Can I change fonts in the semi-custom designs?

It depends! We worked hard on sourcing typography that is legible, romantic and that compliments the feel of the suite. . However, we understand preferences if it is something as easy as “can I substitute the font from X suite, with the font from Y suite?” we can most likely make the change. However, these are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Can I order a design I see on your instagram?

Absolutely! Contact us and mention the post or design in the comment section and we can accommodate.

Can you create bespoke suites?

Yes! We offer custom experiences for the couple who’d love their stationery specifically tailored to them. This process is generally lengthier due to its tailored nature and we only take a few custom orders per month depending on availability.

This is also not limited to wedding invitations. We can create invitations to suit any type of event, such as bridal showers, engagements, birthdays etc.

Do you offer logo and branding work?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

When nyour item arrives damaged during transit, please email us at hello@inksroomdesign.com and we will organise a replacement or refund.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with tracking information.

Delivery timeframes within Slovakia is 1-2 business days for express and 3-5 business days for standard delivery.

Can I return my order?

We offer returns on all non-custom items. We just ask that you pay for the return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
